Laws by definition laws are a set of rules and they can protect people, animals, the environment, and properties in a manner to stop criminals from doing crimes. In other functions, laws also supervise, direct, and guide people on whatever they want to do.

Take our wars situation example, it took us many years now and yet no hope to result in it. It also brings things we have not expected in the foreign school of chemical and energy analytics due to wars but laws won’t allow foreigners to have the rights to do these. Please, consider laws, and have laws for men and women to fight laws in us. Laws developments and enforcement are as important as security developments. Believe me, it could not take us this long if we set up laws for men and women to deal with our criminals. We could have found the solution. To keep it short, hope you can see that laws serve as an alternative way of fighting criminals and bringing them to justice.

  Imagine the legislative of Bentiu have considered, first to let praise the nature who give us this land and its people because without them. there will be no something Bentiu. Our long lives Bentiu has been promoted from capital town to city. Praise be Bentiu for its picking luck and in this matter, we can also salute nature because it also blessed it with so many natural resources. So we proceed from our fathers who have been living here since then and who also have been protected land from invaders. So, we must continue doing the same practices in our culture and traditions because we don’t want to drop not a single word and keep every recorded the same to avoid losing our blessing. So, I can assure you that we have been doing natural life and way but when civilization comes up, we only pick what we need the most and add it to our practices, especially things we have been missing. For example, growing some trees as an idiom for remark is a good tradition to do by any level of leaders and sub-leaders because we are at the insertion point of the desert. It benefits us in a way to fight against desert getting on our land and other ideas need our analysis. No chance to take foreign ideologies as a belief because some are harmful. Ok? If I further explained what this mean, every like and dislike happening right now in our world today are due to deciding how people should live otherwise everything are almost the same or are almost in the same practices. If we have president in China, we also have one in USA, vice, secretary, and so on. This comes United States to dare tries to force other countries people to live like them. How can one be like them when they are richer, and you are poorer? I have big argument on consideration on how we can be our economies situations are not matching with one another situation. So, you may wish to be, but you are not ready to live like them. Fix your financial so that you use your money in absent of your people. Normally poor people like to live together in one place to help themselves, and more importantly love themselves too as well and try not to create hatred among themselves because that will destroy your relationship with whoever you are living with. Whereas rich people use their money instead to live and get around and when one retires, you pay nursing home business, and they take care of you. As one financial situation oriented us to be. There supposed to be no force on this. So, besides you, or around you are your siblings and relative, and if you allowed them to live with you, you are already becoming a socialist person.  In the same manner, when you put your community before foreign, or consider your community as your immediate family, you already become a communist person. It is as simple as these two naturals are defined. There is no other way to avoid them. I think, we have enough, and let’s begin digging out our policy!

Policy

The policy is what is being considered fair and common sense. The way we have settling is good from Dor-Nyuong to Rubkotnä far North and any clan between. Let’s continue to remain to the seat in our habits and avoid occupation of other places. I will suggest any needed must be carried to those areas instead for them to come to crown city looking for these things like jobs. You see what I mean, distribution of industrials and materials need to be made even. In fact, our civic rights and social laws must be respected however if terrorism practices exist, special conduct code will be made to fight terrorists, gangs or any one or groups who are not following of of our place. One rule will be no identification to be given to such a criminal until those agreed to follow our laws and the way of life. All citizens who are given rights to live and do business by laws of our place to pay taxes and be licensing when doing business provide that such business is safe for people and our environment. If expect unsafe, no license will be given.  In my concern, there are also not neither rebellions nor gangs to be allowed to stay around and it is not just my concern my concern alone but every government in the world want a safe environment. So, there is no government can every allow to have gangs or rebellions business be around. You will have to make some choice to choose between whether you will surrender your guns to be a civilian or get kick out. When it comes to examining some better services, the only way to avoid our citizens crowning in the city or in one town or village is to distribute industries across all rural areas so that they can find all their need there without coming to city or town. Consider this as one of the situations which forces people to leave their habitats to go to other places like city. So, this is one thing to be consider when designing infrastructures which still holds some broad topics on another big discussion which also can help us reduce pressures and stress on our citizens.

Infrastructures

Infrastructures are ways of laying out some planning forward for the developments of cities, towns, rural areas, and people. This is how to change for developments to come. If we are almost 20 years from separation and Bentiu remains bush, it means no infrastructures. In other words, no plans have been layout.

3. Establish state financials
4. Build markets place
5. Builds gamble roads and parking
6. Dumping rocks in the city of 10 km by 10 km by 5 meter high above sea level
7. Establish basic industries

Rules of business license

All businesses must have license and pay taxes.

List of some safe businesses to be licensed:

1. Services of buy-sell of materials includes retailers, company’s direct sales, hotels and restaurants.
2. Manufacturers
3. Believes like Christianity and Islamic
4. All foods and drinks must be tested and prove beforehand otherwise, marked unsafe
